"Whatever is lovely... think on these things."  

A couple things to be super grateful for today...

* "Your dossier looks good!"  These were the words we received today from our adoption consultant.  What great news!!!!  So, when our Golden Ticket comes, we should be good to go!  Horray!

* FedEx tracking says that our marriage certificate made it to CIS today (even though the office was closed...hmm... wonder how that works).  Good job, FedEx!  I love whoever invented tracking numbers.  Good job, FedEx tracking number people!

* Tomorrow is Thursday.... one day closer to Friday... one day closer to summer.... one day closer to the Golden Ticket... and Thursday means LOST and THE OFFICE... a great day, really.

* Other good news... The God of this Universe loves you and He loves me.  Amazing.  I can't believe how gracious HE is toward me.  Anyone else blown away by that?  "He carries me like a father carries his son."  (Deuteronomy--again, all these great verses that I've always blown right past!  What a shame!)  

So... I'm going to stay focused.  Life is too short to dwell on the stresses.  I really don't want to miss all the little gifts that come each day.  I want to raise a child in a home where we choose joy, no matter the circumstances. 

"She is clothed with strength and dignity.  She can laugh at the days to come."  Oh, how I long to be this kind of woman.... getting there... getting there... slowly, but surely. :)
