Plan B

So, the winter "storm" came as promised, so the home visit has been rescheduled for tomorrow night.  Sorry I don't have any pictures to prove that we actually got snow this time... I was too busy today to take pictures.  Busy doing what, you ask?  Oh, just hanging out with my sister and her family... no big deal.  HOLY SMOKES!  Can you believe that I just get to "go and hang out" with them?  Crazy!  It was so much fun!  My super-awesome-cosmetologist sister cut and colored my hair to perfection... she rocks.  Then, Rach and I got to run around town for a bit, and then I got to come back to their house and cuddle on the couch with my "freshly-napped" niece and nephew.  Doesn't get any better than that!  Have I mentioned how thankful I am for them being so close???

So, the blinds are NOT clean, and my dogs are 2 days out from their last bath, so this isn't exactly how I had imagined my home visit to go, but I think I like it better this way... "going with the flow," if you will.  Hmmm... maybe this is a taste of parenthood to come???
