It's official, people!!!!

Today, this is EXACTLY how we are feeling because.......

WE ARE OFFICIALLY WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got the most wonderful email today from our agency!  Our dossier was sent to Ethiopia yesterday, June 3rd (remind me to tell you about this date in just a second), which means we are officially a "waiting family"!  Hooray!  Congratulations to the many other families that were added to the "list" yesterday as well!  Everybody celebrate!  

"What does this mean," you ask?  Well, I believe the current wait time is 6-10 months for a referral, and then another 2-3 months until travel.  We'll keep you posted as we know more!  I think today it crossed my mind for the first time that it's ok to start thinking about baby furniture, baby clothes, and all that fun stuff!  Wow.  So excited.

P.S.  About June 3rd... several months ago, Nate asked me to write down my "dream" timeline for this process, what I had in mind when we first started the paper work.  Well, June 1st was my "dream" goal to be on the waiting list.... who knew that God had June 3rd (only 2 days difference) planned all along.... how sweet is that?  Just wanted to share.
