I'm still a blogger... sorta

Hello!  I have been MIA from the blog world for a while now.  I have been too stinkin' lazy to write anything.  I think after 4 straight weeks of writing, writing, and more writing, the last thing I want to do right now is put thoughts together into coherent sentences.

Nothing much has happened since I posted last.  We're coming up on our 6-week waiting mark this Tuesday, so that's cool.  I don't exactly know what this means, as our agency has been getting several girl referrals lately and very few boy referrals, so I'm not sure I can make a very good prediction at this point.  We'll keep you posted, though!

Nate and I have been looking at baby furniture and bedding, so that's fun.  I think we've landed on some furniture (and maybe even finally agreed on bedding) so I'll have to post pictures when we officially decide.  It's kind of strange to try and plan a baby's room when you have NO CLUE when the little guy will come.  We don't want to rush into things, if it's going to be a while still, but we also don't want to wait until the last minute.  Hmmm..... I guess we'll just kinda go with the flow for now.

I've got one more week of nothing-ness before I head to Missouri to see friends and family!  I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks, as Nate and I both get to do some traveling and catching up with people we don't get to see all that often.  Good times!

That's all for now... like I said, I have nothing brilliant to say by any means... just wanted to post to let you all know we're still alive and kickin'.  :)  Hope your summers are relaxing and fun!

You have to promise that you will stop by my house so that I can see your beautiful face!!! :) I would love to take you out to lunch or dinner, but I know how hectic visits to WC can be, so I am flexible. :) Love ya!
