Hello! Although I haven't been posting, I've been trying to keep up with some of your blogs, so please know that I am still thinking of you all and love you very much!
I was trying to wait until we got our referral to post again, but I'm officially giving in today. I was reading this morning about the persistent widow in Luke 18. She kept BUGGING the judge about her need for justice, and because she was so persistent, the judge finally gave in and granted her request. :) (For those theologians that are reading, please forgive me for taking this parable out of context, perhaps.)
Anyways . . . I want to ask you to be persistent in prayer with me, if you would like. Nate and I have been praying for our little guy for over a year now, and we would really appreciate your prayers over these next days/weeks while we anxiously await our referral. We think we are #3 in line for an infant boy (and have been for several weeks now), so the call could literally come at any time. Please pray with us for God's gift of a referral very soon, for God's gift of good health and comfort for our son, and for God's gift of peace for us as we wait. We are so thankful for you all and your encouragement! We, of course, will keep you posted!

how great would it be to get our court date the same day your get your referral...then we can be totally freaking out together!
