11 Months Old!

Hey Everbody! I thought you might want to know what I'm up to these days....

I'm crawling EVERYWHERE as fast as I possibly can, especially when I hear the dishwasher door open. I LOVE to help unload dishes (even if they are dirty).

My favorite thing to do is pull up on anything that presents itself.... furniture, dogs, human legs, whatever is accessible. I'm now really in to walking around, or "cruising," as they call it, holding on to the furniture. Walking? No thanks! I can get there just as fast by crawling. :)

My favorite food is bread. My mom taught me. :) I love toast, pancakes, bagels, more toast.. did I mention I like bread?

My favorite person is my mom (she told me I had to say that). No, I really like her, but actually, I'm a daddy's boy. When Dad gets home from work, I get SO excited, and if he doesn't pick me up within seconds, I make sure he knows how mad I am.

I have begun to show my true colors to Mommy and Daddy. For example, it's no longer cool when they take things away from me, like the remote or my baby monitor. Not cool. I like playing with these things, and when I can't get what I want, I am really good at crying VERY loudly. But, I get over things pretty easily. No drama here. Too busy getting into the next thing that looks fun...

I LOVE to read. I think Mommy is very proud of this. Something about an English degree....

I still love to sleep . . . but not sleep in. No thanks! 6am, baby! I'm ready to go!

Bottles are overrated. I'm down to one before bed now. Sippy cups rock. :)

Last but not least, could someone please tell Mommy to stop trying to teach me how to clap? Goodness. I'll clap when I'm ready. :)
