Holy smokes! My good friend, Karen, (a.k.a. Natalie's mom) reminded me via her blog today that I need to get on the Jordan-updating wagon! So, here you go....
Jordan has been with us since May 26.... 3 whole months now! Time flies!!! I'd have to say, these have been the most amazing 3 months ever!
Jordan is also about to turn 10 months old (on Friday)! That means (I can barely choke this out) that his 1st birthday is right around the corner! Are you kidding me???
Jordan's latest trick is pulling up on EVERYTHING. From the window sill (in order to watch Daddy mow) to the TV stand (in order to get in trouble), Jordan no longer likes to sit.... at. all. He still prefers the army crawl, but he uses his knees to crawl when it's REALLY urgent... like toward the the TV stand. :)
We think he might be trying to say "dog" now, but it sounds an awful lot like "dada," so who knows. Still no sign of "mommy," but I'm not bitter about that. :)
Food.... still going strong with baby food and now adding some table stuff as well. He is really enjoying his sippy cup. He's not interested in his bottle as much, but if I stay in his bedroom in the rocker when it's bottle time, he'll usually take it. If we're anywhere else, he's WAY too distracted to sit and drink a bottle, that's for sure!
We are having a BLAST! Happy 3 months home, sweet boy! We are so thankful that God brought our family together in such an amazing way!!!

Wow! Cannot believe you have been home 3 months already! So glad to hear he is doing sooooo well!
Yay for Jordan! He's doing so great and I'm SO glad he's here!
Natalie has finally figured out the crawling thing so they are going to be quite a pair when they get together next time!
