Sorry, I had all of these great intentions of taking pictures of our new pack-n-play, our extra bedroom covered in travel goodies, and all kinds of other good stuff..... but..... life happened. :)
Lord willing, we will be leaving in 9 days to pick up our sweet Jordan! One week from Sunday, people! One week! Needless to say, we are like little kids in a candy store.... you should have seen Nate putting the pack-n-play together last night. So sweet!
We are actually leaving on Thursday, the 21st, to drive to Missouri for Nate's brother's wedding, which will be on Saturday, the 23rd. Nate is the best man, and we wouldn't have missed it for the world! We are so grateful we get to be there! Congrats, Tim and Nikki!!!!
. . . but when the wedding is over . . . we will be driving through the night on Saturday to make it back to Lexington on Sunday morning, so that we can have a couple of hours to rest and head to the airport later that morning! :) Whew. It's going to be such a whirlwind, but secretly, I'M REALLY EXCITED about the craziness. It makes the time go by SO MUCH FASTER as we wait for sweet baby Jordan to be in our arms! :) Feel free to pray for us as we travel to Missouri and back and then on to Ethiopia!!!!!

wow it looks like you will be really busy before you step on that plane. that is a good thing and maybe it will help you sleep on the way there! i will be sending you something to take on monday. i can't wait for your "we are home" post!!!!!
