Got word that our court case was not able to be heard because some paperwork was not quite ready. Our agency had all of their paperwork together, so there is nothing they could have done there.
We are sad, of course, as Nate and I will not be together this weekend, and we were really looking forward to celebrating together.
However, God has given us another MIRACLE, and our case will be seen TOMORROW for a second try! We are thanking God for this great gift, as many times, if your case is not seen, you are put back "in line" and have to wait for a later court date. THANK YOU, GOD!!!!
Please pray with us again tonight/tomorrow for all paperwork to be in order and for the judge to have favor on our case.

I am so sorry that today was a no go, but that is so cool that they are hearing the case tomorrow.
Thank goodness it will be tomorrow and not put off any longer. Sorry you didn't get good news today but I will be thinking of you in the morning and can't wait to see pictures of your gorgeous little guy!
GEEZE! It seems like its always something! Can never rest easy in the adoption world. But, it is really a miracle that they can turn around and have it all in order for tomorrow! YAY! Will be eagerly checking back with you tomorrow and I just know that I will see his sweet face posted here! Fingers crossed (and toes!)
